All piercings are done with a sterile, single-use hollow needle (no piercing guns here!).  Standard starter jewelry is high-quality 316-L surgical-grade stainless steel.  Starter jewelry is also available in ASTM F-136 titanium, 14k solid gold, and Bioplastic, for sensitive skin types.  We're always adding to our inventory and we carry a wide variety of jewelry for all your piercings, fresh or healed!  We're working on setting up an online store for you--until then, visit us at our studio, and make sure to follow our instagram @queenofheartshawaii to keep up with any specials or promotions we run regularly.

Microdermal implants, or "dermals," can be a more permanent type of piercing, but at the same time they can also be more sensitive and prone to rejection than "normal" piercings, even when healed for several years.  While there are a multitude of options for placement, there are some locations that are not ideal for a microdermal.  Consult with your piercer if you have any questions about a unique placement.
